Eleavers offers high commissions of around 80%, while AdSense Express pays roughly 45%. That said, AdSense clicks tend to be more expensive for advertisers, so the revenue per click balances out.
From my experience, using both Eleavers and AdSense together is the best approach. You get the high commission from Eleavers plus the high click value from AdSense, which can essentially double your earnings on the same website.
