New Steel Rails for Sale

I have for sale New Rails DT350NN/DT350 as per Technical Schedule attached, I can supply untill 15.000 Metric Ton per month per Contract 12 months.
The Rails are new and allowed you will have the following ceftificates:
- Inspection analysis 
- ISO/CNAS Certificate 
- Distribution agreement between Im port/Export and Factory
Certificate of Origin, Certificate of production, Certificate of Property, Certificate of Weight, Packaging List, Certificate Phitosanitary, Certificate of Free Circulation and Selling, Export License, SGS Report, Bill of Lading and Insurance Policy.

Price for CIF ASWP  on agree with End Buyer, I must sell the Contract because Buyer unsolved and failed to open Operative Letter of Credit at sight.
Payment : at loading against full set shipment documents including SGS Report and Bill of Lading with LC at sight.
