AW Artisans matcha is made from green tea leaves grown in Japan and is grown organically and sustainably. Harvested in the autumn and ground in stone mills for maximum purity in texture, aroma, and taste.
With a sweet and mild flavor, it's ideal for both matcha newcomers and those who already drink it on a regular basis. It goes well with water or milk to make a matcha latte. Also used to flavor shakes, snacks, pastries, and sweets.
Matcha tea compounds aid in the enhancement of attention, concentration, memory, and reaction times. L-theanine also helps to improve mood.
We have two types of matcha: ceremonial (1st Grade) and premium (Culinary).
